Yeonliji, or Lien-Li-Tzu means two separate trees naturally connect by the branchs and become one. The possibility of 2 trees connect and share the same nutrition from both roots, are extremely rare, and it certainly takes more than decades.
both tree branch must have scars on them, and that particular parts of the surface must contact, and stay that way for many years. not only that, they must have leaves on the tip of each branches to continue to recieve the neutrition from the roots. eventually they begin to share the water, and the lights, the branchs become one, and the trees are forever together. its only natural that the trees like these accompany a legend or two about a couple who couldnt complete love in their lifetime, born again side by side as trees, and finally complete their love by becoming one. romantic. damn it. i should have written a poem for this. [link] --- a photo of real life yeonliji ------------ well with pressure of NTS project is there, and i design this scenery concept for little town in NTS universe. there are group of children called kinders, and they live on a tree house without parental supervision. now those kids have a home! i can assure you that the romantic fairytale notion of these trees will be exploited in the story of NTS baby! ------------ painter8 (pastel) PSCS wacom about 6 hours drawing natural stuff like trees and foilages are like visiting uncharted territory for me, but im getting the hang of it. actually enjoying it. catagorization of this pic being "Drawing" is for appearent digital medium, Pastel. though as i go back and forth between painter and PSCS, its initial softness of pastel sort of vanished. >_<... Commentsso, do trees actually do that?!? or is that just stupid of me ... maybe its all fantasy, or something. Dunno. doent know! but its really great, either way, and well told! Great pic too, of course
Wow!!! Reminds me of a landscape in an adventure game called "Simon the Sorcerer"only a lot better... Awesome!!!
