i came across this confidential book called "how to build giant robot for dummies" and i realized i need to make 12 millon dollors real quick.
i must convert my garage to a giant robot construction facility.
revisiting my good old, clean lineart/ neo cell-shanding technique
using PS7, PSCS. mainly optic mouse on rendering, wacom tablet on compositing.
for those who are technical and stuck inside the box.. and will most likely question, "hey where the hell is light-source by the fat dude's sandal....?" check hoon's scraps.
Wow, I love this style here! I think the lightsource is awesome. That greenish eerie atmosphere is excellent, it almost has a strange warm feeling to the environment. I've seen the how to build a robot books but not the giant one for dummies. I guess the title is suiting if they expect 10mil bones for that.
I like big daddy's hair. Thats awesome. I almost missed the technicians in the back as well. The grainy appearance of the background is a unique and fascinating touch.
