-- FAQ #56: How can I get more pageviews? "Everyone is different, no two people are not on fire." "Cigarettes are like candy, only on fire." Whoa, that is so awesome! Ii Desu!
-- My Gallery | Tutorials BRING BACK OUR MISSING DEVIANTART FEATURES Pretty cool, but I keep thinking that wheelbase so teribly long, the center of it is going to scrape the ground a lot, and this angle makes it unclear how the steering mechanism operates... and if the operator sits back, like a chopper (I'm guessing from her pose and the lack of pegs farther back), then I don't know if they could reach the grips.
I'm guessing that the wheels are propelled by some sort of magnetic accelerator that holds the inner edge of the rim? That's usually what I hear when I see hollow-frame unspoked wheels like these. Just a little more clarity of design would make this utterly bad-ass... My favorite designs are the ones that I could actually envision operating in reality, which is why even to this day I am still Shirow's bitch... he may draw some skinny no-ass anatomically stylised women, but his mechanical designs are second to none. You get bonus points for the hottie, though, and I dig those little devilish details, like the decal along the side, the tread on the tires and the fluting in the exhausts. I'm really looking forward to the other two! |
